Online STEAM Camp: Backyard Rocket Science

Just because camps are online doesn’t mean you have to stay inside! Spend the week exploring the skies from your own backyard. Challenges range from building homemade rockets and competing against other campers to programming a virtual rover to explore the surface of an alien planet.

This camp will meet online from 9 to 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 to 4 p.m. daily. Campers will spend another 1 to 3 hours each day constructing and testing their projects, some of which may also be online. This camp is recommended for students in grades 3-6 but may be accessible to older students or younger students with additional support.
