Online Info Session - Adult Degree Completion Programs

You’ve got your associate degree. You’re ready for your bachelor’s. We’ve got you covered.

The NIU College of Education’s online Bachelor of Science in Applied Management programs, tailored for working adults, provide the knowledge and skills directly relevant to advancing your career – or to finding a new and different one.

We offer two tracks – Equity Leadership and Mentoring (ELM) and Instructional Technology, Training and Evaluation (ITTE) – that will equip you to contribute more to your workplace in ways that benefit your employer, your career, your family and, yes, you.

Our assessment of your prior learning could lead to academic credits before you start, whether that’s in January or next fall.
