The final workshop provides an opportunity to see how the whole assessment process comes together to provide data for reflection among colleagues and students, leading to informed decision-making. Participants learn strategies for using data for continuous improvement by doing the following: 

• Triangulate data for a single learning outcome across methods 
• Ask questions and develop hypotheses based on the data 
• Discuss interventions to consider based on findings and hypotheses 
• Create a plan to collect more data to gauge impact on student learning 
• Explain how the assessment plan impacts the ability of a program to do the above meaningfully
