Many thanks to all who issued Navigate alerts and responded to this spring’s Student Engagement and Midterm Progress Reporting Campaigns. In this session, we will present the final grade results and re-engagement data from these campaigns and alerts overall to highlight how your participation provided the crucial data for effective proactive student follow-up outreach.  All who are interested are welcome to join this session, regardless of whether you or issued an ad hoc alert or participated in all of these campaigns.

Topics will include:

• Anonymized and Aggregated Grade Outcomes from the campaigns reports
• Outreach Effectiveness (e.g., how many students re-engaged with their courses following the "never attended" and midterm campaigns.)
• Student Response Rates to Alerts Outreach Follow Up

We also welcome your input about your experience with the campaigns and how we can continue to improve these initiatives to support student engagement in your classes.
