Since Asian American Heritage Month is celebrated May, we wanted the students to get a taste of what the celebration is about before they head off to summer break. Taste of Asia is a great way to kick off early celebration of Asian American Heritage Month as well as to give students the experience to taste different types of Cultural Foods from different parts of Asia.
