Work one-on-one with a nutrition coach for virtual or in-person visits. Between visits, photograph your meals and snacks into our coaching app and get encouraging and constructive feedback from your coach.
Our goal is to help you find a way of eating that both nourishes your body so you can feel and perform your best, and also gives you the freedom to enjoy all the pleasure that comes from a variety of foods.
Coaching begins the week of January 31. You can enroll at any point during the semester. Pricing is a one-time fee for the semester.
