NIU's 2022 Lavender Graduation Ceremony

NIU's Lavender Graduation Ceremony and Celebration honors lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, asexual, agender, queer, non-heterosexual and non-binary/gender non-conforming identifying graduates (amongst the many identities within the LGBTQIA+ community). This event celebrates the achievements and persistence of graduates with underrepresented gender and sexual identities, centering LGBTQIA+ students and alumni. The ceremony is free to students and guests. 

Graduating particpatnts receiving degrees at all levels in December 2021, May 2022, and August 2022 should RSVP here: https://www.niu.edu/gsrc/events/lavender-graduation.shtml

 

All other supportive guests are not required to RSVP.
