The Northern Illinois University Law Review will host its 2023 symposium on “Reproductive Rights and Justice” as a hybrid program. The symposium will explore how the Dobbs decision has impacted the landscape of reproductive rights in the United States. The implications of this decision are devastating and far-reaching, and involve numerous areas of law including criminal law, health law, civil rights law and more.  It will be held in person at the NIU Naperville campus and virtually.
