NIU Presents Cultural Cooking with Chef Bryan Flower

In celebration of International Student Week and First-Gen Student Week, come watch Chef Bryan Flower of Edible Campus and NIU graduate student Prathika Mangalagiri, prepare the authentic Indian dishes, chicken Pulao, Sambar Rice and Mango Lassi. We will have free samples of the dish provided during the event. The recipe and ingredients will be available the following week at the Huskie Food Pantry. The event is sponsored by Edible Campus, Huskie Food Pantry, Campus Dining Services, Academic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, as well as the Center for Student Assistance.
