**NEW - ONLINE** Teaching Tuesday: Engaging Underprepared Students
Tuesday, January 25, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Students may step into your classroom underprepared (i.e., their prior educational experience did not prepare them for college-level work). Some strategies for engaging underprepared students include identifying your own and students' expectations, assessing student readiness through diagnostic assessment, meeting students where they are (not where you wish they were or think they should be), and providing feedback with opportunities to improve performance. In this workshop, you will learn strategies for engaging underprepared students and contributing to their college success. Advance registration is required. Register Now!
