Objective of the session is for participants to produce a desired outcome related to their department's business processes by connecting Navigate Staff functionality to those needs. 

Pre-work [participant]: 

• Identify three "questions" (a.k.a. business functions or needs) your work needs to monitor or answer 

• Identify what the expected results are for each of the business needs 

In-session: 

• Name/highlight the Navigate functions that connect with the appropriate functions identified in pre-work 

• Show how those functions work to produce the desired outcome [Facilitator] 

• Practice the function(s) via hands-on application [participant]
