The United Nations, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, UK charity Freedom from Torture, the European Union, & the United States Department of State have expressed concern about the state of human rights in Sri Lanka. Human rights and humanitarian organizations have documented cases of human rights violations, war crimes, disappearances and political killings. What can be done?
