In recognition of his service and dedication to our university and its students, the Campus Life Building will be renamed the Peters Campus Life Building in honor of John Peters, NIU's 11th president. The building is currently home to student support services including the Center for Student Assistance, Academic Advising, CHANCE, the Disability Resource Center and the University Honors Program. This building dedication is part of a series of events taking place during NIU's 115th Homecoming celebration during the week of Oct. 3-9, 2022.
