Mindfulness Drop-in Group
Whether you're new to mindfulness or have practiced mindfulness for years, we'll have opportunities for you to practice in a supportive and fun environment. We'll provide an opportunity to learn a little bit about mindfulness each week and provide activities and exercises for participants to practice mindfulness. This is an open group, so if you can make it once or every week, come be mindful with us!
