Mindfulness and You

A weekly, art-based, mindfulness skills group for all experience levels.

Mindfulness is a skill that enables your mind and body to be fully present in the moment in order to manage thoughts and emotions like stress, anxiety and depression. Whether you are a beginner, experienced or are curious, join our group to practice and learn about mindfulness. New skills and activities will be provided every week.

Check out our group activity schedule and a list of supplies for our virtual participants. Those joining us in person will be provided supplies.
