Meet the Redz will be a meet and greet program to jumpstart our week. We will be creating vision boards with participants to visualize our 5-year goals, while connecting and socializing with participants. We will begin the event by introducing ourselves, allowing guests to introduce themselves as well, then lead into an icebreaker activity. We will supply the materials for this event. The materials needed consist of magazines, white boards, scissors, glue sticks, colored pencils, and markers. By creating these vision boards, we will instill encouragement, perseverance, motivation, creativity, and goal clarity.
