The MAC will be open for extended hours from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. starting on Tuesday, December 2nd.

Free, in-person tutoring is available to all students with a OneCard in the Mathematics Assistance Center (MAC), located on the first floor of Founders Library in the Founders Learning Commons.  

At the MAC, you can drop in without an appointment to work on difficult homework or exam problems and also learn test-taking and study strategies that make you more confident in your abilities to understand new concepts.

In the MAC, you can also:

• Borrow calculators for tests, quizzes, or homework.
• Find supplies such as binders, paper, pencils, staplers, three-hole punches and pencil sharpeners.
• Use available textbooks which correspond with your class.
• Get study guides, practice tests, and extra problem sets

We recommend students visit the MAC early since it does get very busy on exam prep days.
