In collaboration with Edible Campus and The College of Health and Human Sciences, the Pick Museum of Anthropology presents a workshop on the basics of home canning. Participants will make and preserve tomato sauce using food products from Edible Campus, and supplies provided by the FoodMASTER Initiative. Each registered guests will receive one jar of preserved tomato sauce, and the remainder will be distributed to NIU students.
