Lithography History and Historic Prints Lecture with Professor Michael Barnes
Join us for another premier recorded lecture with 2020 Presidential Research, Scholarship and Artistry Professor Michael Barnes from his home studio as he surveys lithography history and historic and sometimes rare manuscripts on the subject. Barnes explores his private collection of historic and early lithography catalogs, publications and books including some by Alois Senefelder, inventor of lithography in the 1790s.
