JobsPLUS Event: Intrapersonal Experiences with Diversity at Work

This session is the third module a three-part series “Experiencing Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace.” Students can also register for module one and module two through the JobsPLUS website. This module will discuss individuals' internal experiences with diversity at work. This includes an introduction to the concept of inclusion, how organizational practices are linked to employees' feelings of inclusion, and how individuals control their inclusion experiences through identity management. Time will be dedicated to group discussions of topics covered. Advanced registration for JobsPLUS events is required here: http://go.niu.edu/jobsplusevents.
