Int’l Speaker Conversation Series: Internationalization of Higher Education in Neutral Turkmenistan

Dr. Gulshirin Orazova is a proud alumna of Northern Illinois University. After obtaining her Ed.D. in Adult & Higher Education (2017), she joined the International University for the Humanities and Development (IUHD), Turkmenistan. Under her supervision, Dr. Orazova successfully established the Master’s in Education Management program which began producing international-level instructors and administrators. As the extension of the Master’s program, she is working on establishing the first Ph.D.
in Higher Education program in Turkmenistan. Dr. Orazova is involved with facilitating the expansion of international cooperation between NIU and IUHD.  Sponsored by the International Training Office and the Phi Beta Delta Zeta Gamma Chapter of NIU.  Register at
