International Women's Day Lecture: “Being a Woman: A Calling and Untold Story.” A Talk to Empower US

Please join us in celebrating International Women's Day with a virtual lecture! Professor Anitha Saravanan, Ph.D., RN, ANP-BC, assistant professor, NIU School of Nursing, will present, “Being a Woman: A Calling and Untold Story.” A Talk to Empower US.  She is a nurse practitioner, nurse educator and nurse researcher. Professor Saravanan has practiced mindfulness for more than 12 years and she is an MBSR teacher as well. Recently she was awarded a grant from the All of Us Research Program in which the focus is to include vulnerable populations including women, older adults, people of color and other underrepresented group.
