The office of Innovation is proud to present the Innovation Conversation series for the spring semester 2022. Joining us is Yhosemar Mendez a successful Innovation consultant who earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and a Master’s degree in Agri-Food Chains from the University of Toulouse III, France. She has also a Master’s degree in Food Innovation from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia in Italy. She is recognised as an expert in product development and management, project management, requirements analysis, market research and supporting new-business start-ups.
Yho and I will be talking about her work as a researcher in the food technology department at Natural Resources University of Vienna (Austria) and as a junior environmental consultant in the engineering firm VEPICA .
