He holds a Ph.D. in environmental engineering from the University of Gulph, a Master’s of Science from the Air Force Institute of Technology at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio and a Bachelor’s of Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts.

Greg McFalls is president of McFalls Technical Solutions, based in Illinois. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from San Jose State University, including a minor in mathematics, with a strong foundation in software engineering.

With over 17 years of experience in the building management space, she oversees the development of programs that focus on driving awareness and execution of Trane’s digital solutions, collaborates with organizations such as ASHRAE and leads multiple discussions to educate the industry on digital and AI-based building solutions.

He co-founded Chipp with the goal of making AI accessible for all. Chipp provides private, secure ChatGPTs for businesses. Chipp helped NIU launch its first AI tutors in calculus, advising and physics.
His energetic, accessible, and action-oriented tutorials on YouTube and LinkedIn move AI from a cool toy to an essential tool.
