Together, we spark conversations, share insights, and turn different perspectives into an appreciation of diversity across campus.Â

Simon Sinek is a leadership expert and the author of two bestsellers, including Start With Why and Leaders Eat Last. Our book club will be reading Leaders Eat Last, which explores how trust, empathy, and selfless leadership create strong, resilient teams. Sinek helps us understand how putting people first leads to better performance, loyalty, and long-term success.Â
By weaving these perspectives together, we learn how to design impactful products and find inspiration for cultivating trust and collaboration as the foundation for innovation.Â
