ILCFR is pleased to welcome Dr. Jessica Calarco a Sociologist and Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as this year's keynote speaker. Dr. Calarco has published four books, many peer reviewed research articles, and has written in a variety of major national news outlets like the New York Times, the Atlantic, the Washington Post, and CNN.
