Hyounkyoung Kim, Graduate Piano Recital-Limited Seating
The safety of our performers and audiences is of utmost concern and to that end, the NIU School of Music is taking precautions as we open our concerts to the general public. Attendance will be limited to 50 on each level, with seats blocked off to allow for proper spacing of patrons in the main level and balcony of our 900+ seat Boutell Memorial Concert Hall. The concert hall has been outfitted with seven high-capacity HEPA filters to ensure proper air circulation. Performers are being spaced accordingly on stage and singers are masked throughout performances. We also have limited the duration of our concerts following the best data available to maintain safety. For non-ticketed events, please note you will have to fill out a contact information sheet at the door.
