Huskie Fresh: Creamy Tomato Penne
Huskie Fresh is NIU’s meal kit service. We work to create and prepare sustainable, nutritious, flavorful dinners to help with life’s busy schedules. Our meal kits are partially prepared, pre-measured and come with detailed recipe instructions to help you make the best meal possible in about 30 minutes at home.
Kits available in multiples of two servings.
Creamy Tomato Penne
Penne noodles immersed in a creamy tomato sauce, seasoned with oregano and basil, Italian ground beef and finished with cream and parmesan cheese.
Order deadline: Monday, March 27.
Pickup between 4 p.m. Monday, April 3 through 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 5.
