Do you want to learn new cooking skills while making a delicious recipe? Then join NIU’s Nutrition Team for a beginner-friendly, hands-on cooking class using a Huskie Fresh recipe! Our instructor will guide you as you make zucchini boats with Italian sausage and parmesan cauliflower. Come hungry and ready to cook. Limited space is available for this class.
Hallowed zucchini halves stuffed with Italian sausage mixture, topped with seasoned breadcrumbs and served with roasted breaded cauliflower.
