Huskie Experience 101
As a new student, it is important to learn about how to be a responsible Huskie. We are excited to introduce to you a group called "Speak About It” that will provide a one-hour performance of storytelling to capture what healthy relationships can, and should, look like. Created by students for students, this program represents diverse experiences, identities, and sexualities. More than just "no means no" Speak About Its brand of affirmative consent education is equal parts fun, funny, and frank. This program is REQUIRED for all new students to attend.
Please note: If you’re unable to make Huskie Experience 101 because it conflicts with your move-in appointment or your involvement in the University Honors Program Retreat, no worries. You’ll have an opportunity to attend the program later this fall.
This program is presented by Speak About It, Inc. As a national organization that travels to dozens of college campuses, Speak About It requires that audience members wear masks for the health and safety of their actor-educators, clients, students and communities. Masks will be provided for all attendees.
