History, Culture, and Politics Discussion Group at NIU

The History, Culture, and Politics Discussion Group will begin this semester on Tuesday, January 30 at 4:00 pm in the NIU Library, Room 403 (Rare Books and Special Collections Reading Room). Our first topic of discussion is  the Florida Board of Education’s "New Standards for Instruction," which you can view at cpalms.org, along with the following commentary:
