NIU Students: Join us for FREE meal prep sessions!

Join us in the kitchens of the NIU School of Nutrition and Dietetics to prepare delicious, nutritious meals you can reheat in the microwave.
We provide:

• Free ingredients.
• Fresh produce from NIU’s Anderson Market Garden.
• Kitchen equipment for your use.
• Recipes.
• Reusable containers.
• Help with techniques, tips and troubleshooting.

You provide:

• A set of hands and an open mind to try new recipes!

• 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.
• Third floor of Wirtz Hall 306.

Limited to 16 students per session.

NOTE: Students can only sign up for a session one week prior to the start of each session.
