Fitness Friday - Core & More
Experience a different Group Fitness class every Friday at 4pm! All are welcome virtually.
This class will focus on the upper body muscles including chest, back, arms and core! No equipment necessary but you can use weights, books, water bottles or cans of soup for extra resistance!
