We encourage Huskie Marching Band and Silverette alumni to join us on October 4, 2025 for the 118th homecoming at NIU. Each year, over a hundred alumni dust off their instruments/flags/dancing shoes to entertain Huskie fans during the “Fill the Field” event. We welcome ALL alumni back regardless of today’s performance ability. We have a spot on the field for you!

This year, we will be honoring the memory of former NIU Band Director, Frank Bibb, on what will be the fifteenth anniversary of his passing with a special song dedication. Learn more by visiting the NIU Alumni Association website.
