Faculty and Staff COVID-19 Work-Life Balance Survey Deadline

The Presidential Commission on the Status of Women invites you to participate in a survey about your work-life experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. Any full- or part-time employee at NIU is welcome to participate. (The survey is not intended for graduate assistants and student workers whose primary role at the university is as students.)

It is our hope that this survey will help our campus community reflect on the impact of the pandemic on faculty and staff and inform policies and practices at NIU to address implications. Anonymous survey data may also be used for research purposes. You may choose to complete the survey without including your data as part of the research project.

We value your input on NIU’s institutional response to COVID-19 and seek to know more about your experiences this past year and the implications on your productivity and on your work-life balance. We are seeking broad representation from across the NIU employee community in our survey results. The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.

This survey will be open for responses through February 24, 2021.
