Often used in trauma-informed care, the Tree of Life can help individuals heal from trauma, abuse, addiction, mental-health needs, and more connect to their story through the metaphor of a tree representing one’s life. This hands-on drawing exercise will bring to life your history, relationships, skills, values, dreams, and goals in a therapeutic journey through artistic expression.
