Offered by invitation only, our Executive in Residence creates a dynamic and interactive environment where Executive MBA students connect with accomplished industry leaders while strengthening relationships with EMBA alumni, faculty and staff. The series provides a rare, behind-the-scenes look at executive leadership, as speakers share real insights into the challenges and opportunities of leading and transforming organizations. Many featured executives are NIU alumni who maintain strong ties to the university and are eager to engage directly with students, making each session both impactful and inspiring.
