ETT 592-01 Special Topic: 3D Printing Design and Product Development (1 Credit)

3D-printing is one of common used technologies in Maker Spaces. The special topic on 3D printing design and product development enables learners to foster their understanding of 3D printing and to develop their design-based skills in creating tangible 3D objects.

Specifically, students at this course can:

  • Understand current research trends of 3D printing in instructional technology
  • Understand the printing process of 3D objects
  • Use web-based graphic design tools to create 3D objects
  • Use 3D printers to output 3D objects

This one credit course is being taught by visiting professor, Dr. Pao-Nan Chou
