Esports Career Lecture: Lyndsay Bamberger, Marketing Lead at Esports Foundry

Join us on Zoom on Thursday, February 24 at 6 p.m. CST to hear Lyndsay Bamberger share the story of her journey to a career in the esports industry.

About Lyndsay Bamberger

As the marketing lead of Esports Foundry, which includes Game Arena, Vanguard, EsportsGear, and Metactix, Lyndsay has worked to highlight important topics, reach students and professionals in the esports space, and nurture a community of women in gaming. Some of the notable projects in which she helped lead include the opening of an esports facility in 2021, and the promotion of the largest amateur Valorant series in the country - the VALORANT Sunday Showdown. She had a pivotal hand in the "I AM ESPORTS" campaign- which was a campaign in response to misogyny and toxic culture in the esports community. Due to her work, Lyndsay was awarded the 2021 Top Community Activation award at the*GameHERs Awards.

Lyndsay is also a marketing consultant for various non-profits in Ohio. She is also a Twitch Affiliate, a the*GameHERs Ambassador, and an intersectional feminist and activist for equal rights. She has over a decade of digital marketing experience, as well as a bachelor's degree in electronic media production from the University of Cincinnati, and a certificate in UX/UI design, and is pursuing her master’s degree in design.
