Ellington’s restaurant is back! It now offers buffet service with a to-go option for only $12.95.

Today, enjoy Dana’s kale salad, sliced BBQ brisket on a brioche bun, chipotle fried potato salad, mac and cheese (vegetarian option), green bean almondine, corn bread, and for dessert, brownies and vanilla ice cream.

Service is from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in Ellington’s Restaurant located on the main level of Holmes Student Center. We hope you will join us!
