Faculty and staff are invited to engage in a meaningful plática/conversations and activities on how they can intentionally serve students in culturally responsive ways that impact student success as an emerging Hispanic Serving Institution (eHSI). Participants will also learn about the HSI designation and how faculty and staff shape a servingness culture.
