Effective Evaluation

This workshop deals with principles and processes of employee evaluation, developing and communicating performance expectations, engaging in ongoing dialogue with employees on performance expectations and goals, and preparing for the evaluation.  This presentation will focus on Operating Staff (Civil Service) and Supportive Professional Staff (SPS) evaluations and will not cover Faculty evaluations.
