With the portal opening in late July, this session is timed to land just ahead of launch. It focuses on substance rather than mechanics: writing evidence-based narratives, delivering feedback that lands, avoiding common rating errors, and leading the evaluation conversation. It counts toward the Huskie Leadership and Career Development Program. 

The session is recorded and posted to the HRS Training website afterward, so you can revisit it or catch up if you cannot join live. 

Come ready with a real situation from your team, an evaluation you are unsure how to word or a conversation you are not looking forward to, and we will work through examples together.
