Employers, please note: Our spring 2025 Education Job Fair is reaching capacity, and we will approve registrations via a wait-list. When your registration is removed from the wait-list and approved, you will receive a confirmation email. If you choose to pay by credit card, your card will not charged until your registration is confirmed. Please do not make travel plans until you have received your confirmation email.

Our Education Job Fair provides an opportunity to connect with employers seeking to fill education-related, full-time and part-time positions and internships. Participating employers would like to meet and hire teacher candidates in all PreK-12 disciplines, as well as related professional certification areas such as administration, school counseling, school social work, speech-language pathology, OT, PT and nursing. This fair is open to undergraduates, graduating seniors, graduate students, alumni and non-NIU candidates. The fair is free for all candidates to attend. Reservations are not required. Parking is also free or take the 2R or 2L Huskie bus line. 

Employer Registration Fee: $300; NIU Departments $0.

• Click on Events in the top row.
• Click on the name of the event you are attending.
• Click on the Employer tab (below the name of the event) and search and filter to find employers of interest. To get the best results, select “More Filters” instead of “Keyword” to search by your major.
