About this Event
Several topics will be briefly discussed, such as pre/probiotics, hangry, gut inflammation, low-calorie consumption, postprandial somnolence (food coma), foods that affect the microbiome (gut bacteria), and the gut-brain axis (the connection between your gut and brain). We will look at how eating, food, stress, and microorganisms affect your overall mood/emotions.
