Join us for a Diversity Career Panel which will give you the chance to learn how organizations embrace diversity through their programs and recruiting initiatives.

Hear from a panel of representatives from a variety of companies, including employers from the nonprofit, retail, education and health care sectors, many of whom are NIU alumni.

This will be an opportunity to hear from representatives across different industries and organizations about their own experiences in progressing through their own career path. This panel will share suggestions for how you can stand out to recruiters.

You will have a chance to ask questions during the panel discussion and are encouraged to do so.
