Diversity Career Panel - Virtual via MS Teams

Join us for a Diversity Career Panel which will give you the chance to learn how organizations embrace diversity through their programs and recruiting initiatives.

We will have a keynote speaker, (NIU Alum Vinay Mullick, Managing Director at UpMetrics), who will share about their time at NIU and their progression in their career through and beyond graduation.

We’ll also have a panel of representatives from a variety of companies, including employers from the nonprofit, retail, education and health care sectors, many of whom will also be NIU Alumni.

This will be an opportunity to hear from  representatives across different industries and organizations about their own experiences in progressing through their own career path. The  panel will share suggestions for how you can stand out to recruiters.

You will have a chance to ask questions during the panel discussion and are encouraged to do so.
