This Project Launchpad session is about designing a life and career you love—not planning it all perfectly, but building it through curiosity and experimentation. The workshop is open to college students of all majors and programs at NIU and regional community colleges.

Workshop Goals: 

• Help students discover their authentic personal brand through reflection and action 
• Teach tangible tools from Designing Your Life to explore career direction 
• Practice a confident, values-based personal brand pitch 
• Inspire momentum through a designer’s mindset
