Dr. Tihitina "Tina" Andarge, Assistant Professor in the Department of Resource Economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, will give a seminar entitled "The Effect of Incomplete Enforcement Information on Ambient Pollution Levels: Evidence from the Clean Water Act." This event is co-sponsored with the CLAS Graduate Colloquium and the Institute for the Study of the Environment, Sustainability, and Energy. This event is open to all interested faculty and students and required for economics graduate students.
