Students taking 9 or more credit hours are automatically billed $1,378.00 for student health insurance for fall 2024. You can find more information regarding the plan on our website.
 
If you have comparable insurance and would like to cancel the plan, the United Healthcare Student Resources is now open until Sept. 30, 2024.  This is an online process only. Once you complete the waiver, and it’s accepted the charge for insurance will be removed from your student account.

The waiver deadline is firm, therefore if you do not waive the student health insurance by Sept. 30, you will be enrolled for semester coverage under the plan, and no reimbursements will be given.
